Are the skills being taught on caravan courses transferable to camper trailers or boats?

Yes – the basic understanding of reversing a trailer can be used when towing any vehicle.  We have completed several courses for those with boat trailers.

What happens if I can’t do the course on the day?

Good question. Things happen in life at the last minute, and we are more than happy to postpone the course to another date.

What if I want to cancel the booked course altogether?

Cancellation by the client of a booking and reimbursement of fees will be solely at the discretion of Caravan Add Venture.  Cancellation by the client of a booking within 24 hours of the agreed date will mean that the course fees will not be reimbursed. 

Will you explain to me the meaning of ATM, GTM and other weights?

Yes – we will break down for you everything you need to know regarding car and caravan weights so that you have the peace of mind that you are legal when towing throughout Australia. 

We have just bought a new caravan and have no idea of how everything works.  Are you able to explain everything we forgot during the caravan hand over?

Yes – I have witnessed first-hand the new caravan hand over and it is daunting.  We will show you how everything works for on road and off-road situations. Remember we’ve been there too and it is overwhelming when you drive out of the show room with a $75,000 + caravan and have no idea what the sales person told you.
